Hi
Can we merge two datafiles in oracle?

You cannot merge data files physically. there is no feature in oracle
to do the same.
but you can do it by
1) export schema or the objects in tablespace that the datafiles
belong to
2) drop the tablespace and recreate the tablespace with datafiles with
new sizes you want
3) Import the objects
to do the same.
