TR6 Clutch

My '74 TR6 clutch is on the way out and I'm looking for some advice on best replacement option. The throwout bearing seems to be a very controversial subject and I'm confused as to which way to go. Any thoughts?

Hi Rich , I usually get the borg & beck clutch kit from moss & havent experienced any problems
