Dear Sirs,
I've tried several times in different browser (chrome, mozilla, and explorer) and I can not retrieve the promoter sequence of several human genes (CPT1, CPT2, and SLC25A20). After defining the interval to have ~1500 bp, when pressing "get sequence".
