Hi there,

Thank you for creating such a useful tool!

I am trying to download promoter sequences for H. sapiens using the download tool. As normal, I get directed to a fasta file, but the page is blank. This happens in Chrome, Firefox and Safari as well as using different wifi and ethernet connections. Are you please able to help me resolve this?

I got the link by going to: https://epd.expasy.org/epd/EPDnew_select.php, selecting only the most representative promoter checkbox and then clicking select, then submit on the Sequence Extraction Tool (FASTA format) specifying -100/+100bp.
