Dear EPD maintainers, we have generated CAGE datasets from three embryonic stages of Hordeum vulgare (Barley cv. Morex) and might therefore contribute to the database with high-quality dominant TSS data. We are in the stage of manuscript preparation. Is this of your interest?

I tried contacting Philipp Bucher regarding our agreement about deposition of Barley promterome into EPD. He seems unresponsive. Could you please take over the deposition of the data?
