[Webmail CCG] Failure to retrieve Sequences

Good morning, I have been attempting to retrieve the potential promoter sequence for REST over the last few days and I have been unable to on several different devices. I also tried with some other genes that I know at least used to work. I was wondering if there was any guidance to this problem or if you were aware of this. Thanks in advance for any advice.
