EPD with alternative IDs

Is it possible to download the Ensembl, RefSeq, NCBI Gene name, or GeneCard ID together with the EPD promoter ID, from the EPD site? I would need a bed or a different text/tab file.

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible.

However, you can extract this information from the EPD data files posted on the EPD FTP site, for instance:

https://epd.expasy.org/ftp/epdnew/H_sapiens/006/Hs_EPDnew_006_hg38.dat

https://epd.expasy.org/ftp/epdnew/H_sapiens/006/db/cross_references.txt

If you have a clear idea of a new download format, which would be convenient for you and perhaps other users, please post an example of an output line on this mailing list. We may then consider implementing such a new feature in the near future. Feedback from other users will also be appreciated.
