Are you taking legal action as an individual or as part of a group? I am considering the same now as its dragged on since 2006 which is ridiculous but wondering what your lawyer felt the chances were of success.

May be worth contact this firm who are acting for me (and others). Claim is against Spanish lawyers who were negligent and I am told chance of success against their PI is good
