Dear Friends,

Following the meeting we organised last month, please find below the email messages I sent to Larbi Bouattaf - Economic Counsellor at the Moroccan embassy in London. I am also attaching two scanned copies of the contract and document when we signed the contract. My apologies for sending this again to those who attended the meeting but I am emailing all members.

Can you please write to Mr Larbi requesting his help to resolve the issue with the developers.

Best Regards,

Alaa Alani

Hi All,

Please find below the letter we sent to the Moroccan embassy back in September and a couple of documents from Prestige and Asilah Home Beach developers. Please review and update the letter as appropriate so that we all send to the embassy and Moroccan Royal Princess.

Best Regards,

Alaa Alani

Dear Mr. Larbi Bouattaf,

Thank you very much for following on to my enquiry sent to the embassy. As discussed on the phone last week, please find attached scanned copies of the contract and other correspondences with Asilah Home Beach which was managed by their solicitors in Spain (Law & Taxes, S.L.) and Prestige Properties based in Spain and Tangier (year 2006). After a long delay (in 2010), a company called EVT Promotion contacted investors and invited them to visit the site and since then they have been given false promises to people albeit with little or no progress on the ground.

We appeal to the Moroccan Embassy in London to do the enquiry and find out why there was such an excessive delay and when the properties will be completed. A lot of people who love Morocco as a country have a bitter feeling about investment in Morocco now because they feel they have been cheated be the developers. I believe the owners are EL ABBASY family, as their names were listed in one of the letters: Malak EL ABBASSY and Jamil EL ABBASSY.

We thank you again for your support on this matter and look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,

Dr. Alaa Alani

Dr Alaa
We received your email pertaining to the issue you are experiencing with your proprty purchase in Tangier.
I amnot familiar with this development.
Haéve you been in contact with the developper, Is EVT Promotion a developper, a estate agent or else?
have had a bank guarantee for your deposit as is the legal requirement for all projects marketed off plan.
Feel free to contact me
With my kindest regards
