Would it be possible to receive a summary of what course of action was agreed at the recent meeting in London please?

Dear All,

The meeting which took place on 8th February in London was attended by 8 people who made the effort to come from different parts of the UK. The agenda included the following:

1/ Sharing the latest news and information available about the development

2/ Exploring ways to deal with the situation and come up with a plan

3/ Exchanged contact details to improve communication

4/ Form a small committee representing the investors

The main outcomes of the meeting were:

1/ Create a template letter to send to the Moroccan embassy in London and ask for their help on finding out why there was such a long delay and what the situation is now.

2/ Write to members of the Moroccan Royal family and urge them to help us

3/ If unsatisfied with the response, we take a joint legal action by appointing a Moroccan/Spanish solicitor

Other items discussed were how to improve publicity of the web site and to translate the page into Spanish/French: Done already.

I have sent the letter template to those who attended but I am awaiting their reply. I will send you the template shortly.

Hi Alaa,

It was great to meet up and thanks for the follow up.

I'm happy with the template to go off to the parties mentioned below, do you think it is worth mentioning that we are thinking about going to the press and our local MPs. Interesting  comments about the legal requirements of a bank guarantee and off plan projects, did anyone get a bank guarantee?
