Billing Information Updates
If you have any more questions regarding your billing account with us or need to update your billing information, please login to My A2 Hosting. Here you will be able to view all your current and old invoice information, update your billing details, upgrade services and more.
If you wish to change your payment method, you must submit a billing support ticket through My A2 Hosting.
My A2 Hosting Billing Login/Password Information
The username to use with My A2 Hosting is the primary email address you signed up with (where you have received past invoices and your original Welcome Email) and NOT your cPanel username.
If you have forgotten your Billing Services password, please use the 'Forgot your password?" link at the bottom of the billing login page. You will receive a new password via email.
Updating Your Credit Card Information
To update your credit card information, log in to the Client Area of My A2 Hosting.
IMPORTANT: While this will update your credit card on file, it will not pay your outstanding invoices automatically. You will still need to use the Pay Invoice link to pay them manually. If your account is currently suspended, it should be unsuspended automatically within 15 minutes once any outstanding invoices are paid.
cPanel/WHM Login/Password Information
The web hosting control panel is for shared and reseller (and some dedicated and VPS) accounts. This login information was sent in your Welcome Email and is for actively maintaining your website and email. If you have forgotten your password, use the link in your Welcome Email and then use the "Password Reset" function. Generally, the correct URL is http://put-your-primary-domain-here.com/cpanel or /whm

You will be able to submit a cancellation request through My A2 Hosting.
If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, would like to change your payment method, or have any other questions regarding your account with us, please submit a ticket through My A2 Hosting. Be sure to include your domain, invoice number, and Client ID in any correspondence.
