Title : Mainframe Developer with Blu Age experience
Location: Jersey City, NJ -- Day one Onsite
Duration : 12 Months
Visa No H1B or TN Visa
Job Description:
Candidates must have experience working on Blu Age. Share only those profiles.
• Lead the Mainframe to Cloud Opportunity tracking, conversion and delivering – especially AWS
• Mainframe Development, Legacy Code Analysis and Rules Documentation
• Identifying opportunity areas for Optimization & Modernization in mainframe and other legacy platforms
• Identify, deliver and document the required artifacts to make solutions available, including strategy collateral, integration roadmaps and logical specifications.
• Team management and activity planning on a daily basis for Modernization Assessment
• Troubleshooting and providing guidance to CAP360 team for any technical issues.
• Review the outcomes of CAP360 analysis ensuring that overall assessment objective is met.
• Prepare status reports & provide updates to internal and customer stakeholders on the progress of modernization project.
• Attend calls & meetings with internal / customer stakeholders as & when required.
Qualifications:
• 11+ years overall Experience in Mainframes and related architectures
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written with ability to deal with onsite and offshore team
• Strong Experience in Estimating legacy optimization/transformation project
• Experience in Business case creation for a legacy optimization/ transformation project
• Expertise in defining roadmap/ strategy around legacy modernization initiatives like re-writing /migration/ service enablement for multiple customers
• Desired Skills- Knowledge in PHP and MongoDB
