with members of our global User Experience team of designers and researchers while integrated in various projects

Consult
internal teams and clients to design effective & efficient solutions that meet users' needs in a variety of digital tools & technologies

Design
solutions that ensure maximum usability and user engagement for the end-to-end experience by implementing best practices and leveraging industry standards

Craft
visions and requirements into concepts and refine those concepts into design recommendations that achieve simplicity, despite the inherent complexity of the processes being supported

Ability
to translate visual design concepts to reflect a client’s brand in, as needed

3-5years’
experience in Interaction, Information & Visual Design for Business or Enterprise dashboards, applications for desktop and mobile
-
Aformal
degree in human computer interaction, interaction design, human factors, information science or a related design discipline, with a demonstrated record of academic success

Robust
and diverse portfolio featuring user-centered design work with emphasis on data visualization, information graphics, Web, mobile & visual design

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to clearly articulate design decisions with stakeholders and development teams, and keep UX Consultants and Managers updated on project progress

A
passion for creating great user interfaces that solve real user problems while serving business needs

Expert
level comprehension of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, and ability to grasp and balance complex business and technical requirements

Exceptional
ability to articulate design decisions for how they impact the user and relate to user research or best practices to UX Consultants, managers and diverse members of project teams

In-depth
experience designing for mobile with a focus on delivering engaging user experiences

Experience
working with cross-functional teams (including UX, business consulting, product management, technology, and engineering)

Familiarity
with user research techniques such as contextual inquiry, user interviews, usability testing, and card sorting as well as proven ability to incorporate research insights into the user interface design process
