Content-Length v data length

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone could shed some light to why I'm seeing
two different results for content length. First, in the response
headers dictionary I'm using the @"Content-Length" key and seeing one
value but when I use the response data message to get the data and
then its length they're different.
Are they supposed to be the same size? If so, possible reasons for the
difference?

Sorry, on further research and thought I determined the values I was
comparing was compressed v uncompressed.
