immediate F/​T opening for right individual for career position.​ Will travel to various residential/​educational/​vocational sites to provide direct assistive & mainstream technology-based evaluation, training & support to blind & visually-impaired individuals.​ Must be able to independently schedule & travel to sites thorughout county & beyond; valid driver's license a plus! Will establish contact & arrange scheduling; complete detailed customer service reports & submit in timely manner; learn additional skills as needed.​ Should possess Associate level degree or higher; HOWEVER.​.​will consider qualified individual with 2+​ years verified experience in related field.​ Capable of working independently with good time management skills as well as work well with others & follow directives; Meet deadlines & multi-task.​ Accurate & effective communication skills - writing & keyboarding tests will be givewn with 30 wpm mim.​ Knowledge of various Windows operating system platforms, Microsoft Office & web browser programs needed.​ Experience &/​or knowledge of visually-impaired assistive technology programs a plus! Will work Monday-Friday & may include some weekends as needed for job fairs, outreach, etc.​ Background checks done upon hire at agency expense.​ We will fill this position quickly for the long term so come grow with us!
