Hello everyone,

 

Disability Awareness Month at the University of Maryland is here! I know things ran long on getting all the marketing materials coordinated and set; but we’re finally there

 

Attached are PDF versions of our 1024 Disability Awareness Poster and Postcard artwork. They can be used in both digital or printed formats, on websites, e-mails, and in social media. I have also attached the final event log with the long versions of event descriptions. The following are included:

 

-          A landscape orientation poster designed for printing on 11”x17” paper stock.

-          A portrait orientation poster suitable for printing on 11”x17” paper stock.

-          A 2-page portrait orientation postcard suitable for printing on standard 8.5”x11” paper stock.

-          A PCDI October Event Log with complete descriptions that will be useful on the website, FYI, E-Mails and in other electronic media

 

Please distribute far and wide on campus, targeting especially those individuals and colleagues you know will be interested in the content of these events. Also, don’t forget friends and colleagues at other local academic institutions and professional organizations in our area. We have a fantastic lineup. Let’s make sure everybody knows about it!

 

I need to hear from each of you about how many 12”x19” posters and 6”x11” postcards you would like. I also need to know whether or not you have a high-profile and well-trafficked location or two for the larger 17”x28”posters.
