Help us remind your local developers about PAREB & RESA Law (BOIB Project)

[PAREB Updates]

Hi  PAREBians,  

In line with our BOIB Project (Beware of Illegal Brokers),  help us REMIND your local developers of the RESA Law sections they might be violating and the penalties thereof.   Let us also introduce to them your local PAREB board and its members so optimize our network and avail of our sales persons training.   

Please email us the names, positions and developers contact details so we can customize letters to them.

With your help we hope to aggressively implemt the BOIB project this year.  The project entails:

• an aggressive quad media campaign warning public against colorum brokers and illegal real estate transactions;

• coordination and collaboration with local regulators and local developers to facilitate full enforcement of the RESA Law;

• the conduct of many Real Estate Salespersons accreditation trainings and recruit them to PAREB; and

• linking developers with local boards to boost business opportunities for the members
