Validation of Local Board Reports for Monthly and Quarterly Awards

Greetings PAREBians!

We are currently validating reports of local boards for the determination of our Monthly and Quarterly Top 10 Local Boards for the following categories:   Best in Membership Campaign, Best in Media Campaigns/Courtesy Calls,  Best in RESAS Training.

Please check the tally below and validate the frequency and rankings of your local boards.  If there are trainings, media guestings, courtesy calls, new members and public forums we missed to include, please send us your revised reports with supporting documents (photos and narrative).

2nd Quarter Top 10 Branches

    The Beware of Illegal Brokers (BOIB) Project is an approved advocacy program by the 2018 National Directorate that is  an education, anti-colorum and membership drive all rolled in one.

    The project entails the following:

1. an aggressive quad media campaign warning public against colorum brokers

and illegal real estate transactions;

2. coordination and collaboration with local regulators  and local developers to

facilitate full enforcement of RESA

3, the  conduct of many RE Salespersons accreditation  training nationwide and recruit them to PAREB; and

4. linking   developers with local boards and their members to boost their sales

and business opportunities

In line with the BOIB project implementation, all local boards are enjoined to:

Conduct Quad Media Campaign

Send letter to local media stations to schedule TV and radio show guestings tto promote PAREB and RESA.  Those local boards needing customized letters please email the names, positions and companies to pres...@pareb.org.ph

Coordinate with local developers and local LGU leaders/regulators

Write and schedule courtesy calls to localleaders and regulators to introduce PAREB inform them of the RESA law and discusslocal enforcement strategies.

Conduct Real Estate Salespersons Accreditation Seminars (RESAS)

 Professionalize the industry by inviting colorum brokers to attend our Real Estate Salespersons Accreditation Seminars (RESAS)

Invite to RES to join PAREB as Associate Members  

After the  RESAS, invite all trained salespersonsto join PAREB and its many activities nationwide to boost their knowledege and skills.

         To recognize the most supportive and aggresive local boards the following

periodic recognitions and awards below will be given:               

• Monthly Top 10 Boards Recognition

• Quarterly Top 10 Boards Recognition

• Annual Top 3 Best PAREB Boards Awards

• Best Local Boards in Media Campaign  

• Best Local Boards in RESAS Training & Development

• Best Local Boards in Membership Campaign

         

   To qualify, participating boards must meet all the following minimum requirements:

• Must have appeared/ in at least two  TV, Radio or Cable shows nd conducted at least three  ccurtesy calls to local leaders, regulators or developers

• Must have conducted at least one Real Estate Salespersons Accreditation Seminar

• Must have recruited at least ten (10) new PAREB members to the local board
