Registration Guidelines.
Please kindly follow these steps:
Day 1: March 15
Upon Arrival:
___ Proceed to Registration 1 for your Attendance and secure your Conference ID.
___ Proceed to Registration 2 for your PRC Attendance & secure your Conference Kit.
___ Proceed to Accommodation Secretariat to secure Room Assignments (only)
(room keys later)
___ Proceed to Tour Secretariat to book March 17 Island Hopping Tour at IGaCOS
___ Proceed to Convention Hall Proper
Day 2: March 16
Morning:
___ Proceed to Breakfast Hall (Meet and Greet Everybody Good Morning)
___ Proceed to Registration 1 for your PRC Attendance.
Late Afternoon:
___ Proceed to Registration 1 for your Conference Certificate of Appreciation (Non CPD- Not the CPD Certificate yet - A Thank you Certificate)
(In exchange of the last Evaluation Form that we will distribute during this day)
Conference Reminders:
Please kindly Take Care and Wear your Conference IDs in our conference at all time for security reason.
In case of any Emergency (medical or any related) please kindly phone book 0918-9179328 and 0917-861443 and CALL US.
Please take care of your things (only), if there are things that are found please kindly endorse it to us, if there are things that are lost and somebody might have endorse it, proceed to Lost and Found Secretariat.
The Lost and Found Secretariat are for Things Found and Lost only, Not for Baggage and Child Look-After Counter.
In case of in-house hotel (Waterfront Hotel only) to airport arrangement assistance, please proceed to Accommodation Secretariat and inform us.
