The 2018 National Directorate would like to invite your board to actively support our Beware of Illegal Brokers (BOIB) Project. The project involves an aggressive anti-colorum info dissemination, an intensive nationwide Real Estate Salespersons Accrediation Seminars (RESAS) campaign and recruitment and a comprehensive “business” building opportunities for our members..
To recognize the most supportive and aggresive local boards the following periodic recognitions and awards below will be given to the three categories below:
Monthly Top 10 Boards Recognition
Quarterly Top 10 Boards Recognition
Annual Top 3 Best BOIB Boards Awards
Best Local Boards in Media Advocacy
with Cash Prizes and trophies for the 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize
Best Local Boards in RESAS Campaign
with Cash Prizes and trophies for the 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize
Best Local Boards in Membership Campaign
with Cash Prizes and trophies for the 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize
To qualify, participating boards must meet all the following minimum requirements:
1. Must have appeared/ in at least two TV, Radio or Cable shows nd conducted
at least three ccurtesy calls to local leaders, regulators or developers
2. Must have conducted at least one Real Estate Salespersons Accreditation Seminar
3. Must have recruited at least ten (10) new PAREB members to the local board
