National Directorate approves and enjoins support for the BOIB Project

ATTENTION TO ALL PAREB LOCAL BOARD OFFICERS
Greetings!
The 2018 National Directorate would like to invite your board to actively support our Beware of Illegal Brokers (BOIB) Project that involves an aggressive anti-colorum info dissemination, nationwide RES training and accreditation and “business” building opportunities for all our members..
The project entails: (1) an aggressive quad media campaign warning public against colorum brokers and illegal real estate transactions; (2) coordination and collaboration with local regulators and local developers to facilitate full enforcement of the RESA Law; (3) the conduct of many Real Estate Salespersons accreditation trainings and recruit them to PAREB; and (4) linking developers with local boards to boost business opportunities for the members
In line with the BOIB project implementation, we are requesting each local board to:
Create a BOIB Online Team consisting of at least five (5) of the “most techy” & “always online” officers or members and send email and mobile numbers to pres...@pareb.org.ph
Create a BOIB Spokespersons Team consisting of at five of the most articulate and telegenic officers or members for TV, Radio and public forums
Submit the Names, Position and Company/Organization of the local media, local developers and local regulators for the letters we will customize for your board.
Submit proposed schedule/s and venue of your preferred BOIB RES Accreditation Training/s so they can be calendared for corporate partners’ support and its program subsequently applied with PRBRES
To recognize the most supportive boards, we will also be giving monthly/quarterly recognitions and an annual BOIB Awards for the Best Board in Media Campaigns (most number of media exposures), Best Board in RES Training (most number of RES trainees) and Best Board in New Recruits (most number of new PAREB recruits). Cash prizes and trophies for the BOIB winners will be awarded at the year end.
