Job Title : Technical Specialist- VOIP
Location : Bangalore
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Technical Skills Required;
· Experience of Cisco Networking and Voice systems with Cisco CCNA Voice qualification .
· A sound understanding of IPT Operations and Support using the following tools is required for this role.
· Cisco Call Manger version 4.x, 6.x, 7 & Express , Cisco Unity, Cisco 6xxx series, ARC .
· In addition, knowledge of the following technologies/products are strongly preferred for this role: Prognosis , Tiger , QoS , Cucimoc , IPMA , UCCX, PABX, Mitel, Avaya, Videoconference, Remedy
Soft Skills :
· Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
· Excellent Analytical & Virtual troubleshooting skills
