Can you please forward this information to anyone who you think may qualify and/or be interested in this job?  My friend's work is  looking for someone with Customer Support experience. This position will be Customer Support and also may involve some translation work. The person must be fluent in native Japanese. The pay is $13 per hour and it's part time...most likely afternoons (PST). The qualified person will need to have a modern smartphone as well (iPhone or Android).

Lori Rarey wrote back and pointed out some details I should include.  I have done the best I can in providing some additional information:

She inquired about the translation services being low wages within the states.  From my understanding this position is basic customer service, with some bilingual requests (Symantec also hires for these types of positions for French/Spanish/Portugal, etc. and the wages are similar).  I am not familiar with what translation services cost, but only forwarding this information out to people who may be looking for a part-time, flexible position that they can do from the comfort of their home.
