Jodi,

Corrections on the minutes regarding bereavement donation for Frances Kucera's husband's passing.  I asked Chau what our budget was.  She mentioned $1300 was unused.  I asked the board what was recommended to give to Frances.  Peter Shum suggested $1000, and someone else did the second...I cannot remember.

Please make the appropriate changes.

Hi,  I remember as Marvy corrected as well.  I think it is best to change it only if Peter Shum verifies the correction just for fairness.
