[Steering Committee Skype Call] Date changed to April 13th!

Dearest great Asian youths,

Hope you all are doing great and energetic!

To have more time for working groups’ meetings, our steering committee Skype call will be put off to April 13^th, based on the discussion this week.

Each WG will be request to hold meeting within 2 weeks from now on, and report back your meeting notes to our next group call (13^th April). WG appliers will receive email for your first meeting and WG checking sooner or later.

It contains the brief description of our 3 WGs. Please take a look of it and just directly reply to this email if you would like to be part of the WG members.

[Things must be written down: Your full name, nationality, working group you would like to join, Youth organization (If you belong to any), email, Facebook and Skype ID.]

Thank you very much for arranging the skype meeting,I think this is the best option to keep our enthusiasm and for planning to way a head of Asian Youth Climate Movement. Unfortunately I was not able to join our last meeting because of my internet problem but this time I really wanna take part of it.

As I am the focal point of Nepal if there is any task for me please let me know. And one more thing is that I really wanna give 5 hrs per week to capacity building and action group.

Greeting from my side. I am just new in this group. So let me introduce myself first. 

I am Deepak Raj Joshi from Nepal and am graduated in agriculture science. Moreover am active in climate change since last 3 years and right now am Appointed as Action Partner at OXFAM International Youth Partnership. Besides this am Agriculture Program Officer at Womens Rehabilitation Center - Nepal . 

I feel really proud being in this group and lets keep working jointly to make our mother earth safe. Please do let me know if there is anything that to be done and want to conform my availability from this email as well. Hope to talk to you all soon.

Welcome to the Asian youth group Deepak :)

You are doing some great work there. Am sure all of us will benefit from your experience.

There are no specific rules for this group, passion is what is driving us all. And the one principle we believe in, is UNITY :)

Just follow the simple instructions posted by Liang Yi!

We all meet every first Saturday of each month. This time we had to postpone it to the second Saturday.

Besides this, we hope that all working groups would be meeting more than twice (ideally) each month based on their internal goals. Please go through the previous messages in the google group to get an update on our previous actions.

Do join the call on 13th April. Send us your skype id!

That's really inspiring for us to know that you have set a personal goal for yourself.

Glad to know you'l be joining the call.

I think we can discuss the roles and goals for country focal points in the call.

Unfortunately, I will be on travel during that time, so won't be able to join the call.

Many thanks for your response and really excited to join hand with hand to make our earth a safe place.
