a small update

Dear All 

This Soundaram Ramanathan from India. 

I just wanted to leave an update for you ppl. I see brilliant technologies coming up -- like recently I was working on a story about a company which is trying to use air as a fuel instead of petrol and diesel in vehicles & as an intermediate research product they are trying to commercialize refrigerators which will run with air instead of diesel.

Sounds crazy right ??

Well they are doing it, when we did few number crunching you know we found probably it might not really be a GHG free option for India http://www.downtoearth.org.in/content/greening-food-transport

But still I thought it would be worth sharing with you folks -- please do identify such technologies and have a handful idea on these, when you visit the Paris conference

We really have to go out of the box
