Dear Ms. Melissa and all,
Nice to hear from you and many many thanks for sharing this excellent workshop opportunity!
Unfortunately, It would be hard for me to join from Beijing.

Apart from this announcement,I would like to seek support from AYCM for our Communication Focal Point of YPARD Bangladesh who would like to join COP24 in Poland and he is interested for presentation in a side-event. We are looking for:
1. He needs accreditation to join in COP24.
2. He has own funding for travel to COP24. Meanwhile, he needs accommodation and food support.
What is your suggestion? or seeking advice and support from anyone in our AYCM members?

His detail is:
Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman is currently working as the Research and Advocacy Associate at the Network on Climate Change, Bangladesh (NCC,B) Trust. He is Communication Focal Point of YPARD (Young Professionals for Agricultural Development) Bangladesh. He has extensive experience in both scientific and social research, plus over four year’s experience in planning and reporting on climate change and development interventions. He has worked as a Research Assistant of RMMRU, CCDB, BCAS, BIID and Grameen Communications in their different development and research projects. After Bachelor in Environmental Sciences from Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka, Bangladesh, he has completed Master’s degree from the same Department. During his graduation and post-graduation study, he was involved in several extracurricular activities and volunteered with different national and international organizations such as MIT Climate CoLab, WISER.ORG, Oxfam Bangladesh, Earth Day Network, Wiser.org, 350.org, Bangladesh Junior Academy of Science (BJAS), JICA, DOE, etc. He is also a member of the Bangladesh Society of Environmental Scientists (BSES). He has presented his research works in national and international conferences and have published several articles in peer-reviewed international journals. He was selected as a fellow of GOBESHONA Young Researchers Program-2017 arranged by the International Centre for Climate Change & Development (ICCCAD). He has also received the Social Excellence Award from South Asian Youth Research Initiatives for Development (SAYRID) in 2017. He is motivated to work in the research field of climate change and sustainable development.

His Presentation Title:

Looking forward to hear your kind response.
Thanking you again.
