Hi Sameera,

Thank you very much for the meeting minute and sorry for my absence. I was there for 15min but at the mean time  forcely  I have to left the meeting because of bad internet connection .It is really nice having team meeting every month, and trend need to be continue in future too.

After going through the minute I came to know that our next meeting will be in June 6. At the same time I didnot find any thing about the World Environment Day June 5. I think we should not exclude this important day. If possible lets make a plan for it, if not we have facebook account and our team member can post about their planed activities which they are going to do in their home town or country. 

If possible can we call for meeting??? its benefits could be 

a. we can compile the list of action from Asian country

b. we can make a common theme and goal

c. It could be the best opportunity to show our effective presence to general public by providing a brand for these events.

Dear Rajan,

Liangyi will be sharing the meeting minutes  (we are still waiting to receive it).

Regarding the Environment day, it has been decided that who ever is organizing any kind of event, will be sharing the details before and after the 5th June with the Media group (Rozita and Ula), so they can post it on the website (that will be developed by the end of this week by the media group).
