Figured I would get people involved in this website now rather than
later so if you would be so good could you suggest some SENSIBLE
suggestions on things that should be taken with us when we leave.

Me! ok so thats not sensible- or practical! you could take a door stop
to put under your door for added security when you are sleeping.
