Dear Folks,
Today, I had a chance to talk with Sanjay for the attached Marketing Diagnostic tool which I found it, might be useful for PSI.
There are 20 diagnostic attributes we should look at as a world class marketing organization.
I simplified the tool and developed an excel sheet for easy use.
I think that tool could help when we do traditional situation analysis and set strategic priorities.
Thoughts, suggestions are welcome.
