As promised, I'm attaching the lesson plan that James and I used this week (you may find a few things different from what we actually did - that's the adapting as you go again...). Hope it helps inspire you in your own planning.
I'm also attaching a great book from VIPP/UNICEF full of games and icebreakers to give you all new ideas.

First of all, I'd like to thank both of you (billion times) for your wonderful facilitation during this training. I thought time was so quick for me and I wanted to learn more.
Now I will go back home with more confidence for next delta session which we planned in May.

I hope everyone will join the group and participate the discussion.
Your detailed lesson plan is very helpful and we will test this in our platform for the next delta.
Your games and exercises are very helpful as well. Although it has 201 pages and take me sometimes to digest it, I will use the appropriate random games for our next delta.
Again, I'd like to thank both of you for your enormous efforts to help our region for better understanding of delta and introducing me with the new best friends.
Hope to learn from you more.
