I want to thank everyone for participating in the recent – and first! – DELTA Leadership Training (DLT) in Bangkok.  I hope you found the training interesting, meaningful and useful in terms of preparing you to lead the “DELTA charge” at your respective platforms.  Of course, since this was the first DLT, we discovered ways it can be improved in the future thanks to your feedback.
