From: "Andrew" <and...@psichina.org>Date: 1 September 2011 8:52:26 AM GMT+06:00To: "'Josselyn Neukom'" <jne...@psi.org.vn>, <c.rob...@psipng.org>, <rob...@psilaos.org>, "'Sanjay Rao Chaganti'" <scha...@psi.org.in>Subject: Sample JDs for Training Coordinator and Training OfficerReply-To: <and...@psichina.org>Hi Joss, Cynde, Rob and SanjÂHope you are all well.ÂThe JDs at PSI/China are a bit of a mess and I am undertaking a full review and updating them to comply with GIA findings and also just to make tit clear to staff what is expected of them. I will be looking at all JDs, but as a first step I need to work up the captioned JDs.ÂAs background, we have a large training commitment under our USAID project, mainly of external partners to built their capacity to train others on:-Â1)       BCC in general2)       HIV prevention approaches, incl VCT3)       Pathways to Recovery4)       Effective IPC approaches5)       How to use evidence to produce decent IEC materialsÂThe Training Coordinator role is middle management and responsible for coordinating our training efforts, logistics, coming up with the budget etc and some delivery training.  The Training Officer role is more hands on and actually delivering the training full time.ÂI am wondering if you have any good JDs for these two types of positions that you can share?  I will also be asking DC, but if you have any other suggestions on who in the field may be able to help, shoot.ÂThanks so muchAndrew
