FW: Communication terminology

Hello all,

 

I need your help please.

 

We are preparing for a communication workshop with the following objectives

·       Use common and correct terminology in the communication process

·       Have a clear and common understanding of the process of communication message and tool development.

·       Have developed timelines for each stage of the process

·       Have identified person’s responsible for each stage of the process

We run this workshop to fine-tune our current process and build common understanding among old and new staff. It will be used as an induction for all new communication staff in the future.

 

We are looking for any related documents/PPT/materials that can help us preparing for this workshop, especially the definition of the terms in the attached file.

I would appreciate if you could share with me the related materials you have.
