I made the announcement a couple of weeks back of prof Manoel Galvaon joining the Mohak bariatric facility as the director and chief of bariatric endoscopy services. 

It amazes me, but we could fulfill our first target that was envisioned on his joining. 

A fully equipped, state of the art, latest, and most significant department of bariatric endoscopy. 

We have completed installations, and today we are inaugurating five ultramodern GI SUITE, one of the most current bariatric endoscopy systems. 

Our bariatric endoscopy services will cover the following procedures 

1. Endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (primary and complex revisions ) 
2. POSE 2 
3. Endoscopic fundoplication 
4. POEM 
5. Most advanced Ph manometry system for the sleeve, bypass, and mini bypass surveillances 
6. All IG and swallow balloons 
7. Metabolic Endobarrier and DJ endoscopic sleeve 
8. Magnetic anastomoses and endoscopic bypass 
9. Sleeve leak, bypass stricture and bleed complication management 
10. All post-bariatric complications, stents, pigtails, dilatation, aspiration 
11. Aspire assist device 
12. Devices in the pipeline (not in scope to mention here) 

It will also cover upper digestive surgery procedures like completely endoscopic procedures, and we intend to develop this very specialized center in the world.

I am humbled to announce that this setup is one of the largest in terms of equipment and varieties of procedures we cover.

Training and teaching, sharing with all of you, and learning from you will be our endeavor as always.
