It is my pleasure to personally let you know that world renowned authority in Bariatric /Metabolic surgery ,prof Mal Fobi has accepted a consulting position at Mohak Bariatric and Robotic Centre in Indore, India as the Director of Training and Research.
We are excited with this association and it will take Indian Bariatric standards to newer heights .
Mohak Bariatrics is one of the busiest bariatric surgery centres in India, and probably in ASIA with 80+ bariatric procedures performed monthly. We are equipped with modern operating rooms with HD ,3D/4K for teleconferencing. Also, we are doing procedures with SILS and Robotic surgical approaches with the latest generation Da Vinci surgical system equipped with a simulator .
The animal lab at training centre LASER located in the campus is state of the art to hone advanced Laparoscopic skills .
Mohak has come up with four fellowship positions in bariatric metabolic surgery starting in August 2017.(one year duration ).
These will be for one year duration salaried posts (junior consultant ) with hands on exhaustive immersion in Bariatric /Metabolic surgery .
