Hi all,
For anyone that might have missed Roz's brief email this morning, there is a special Nanopore seminar this Friday (17/8) at 1pm. Please see attached flyer.
In addition to the ONT representatives, I would also like to highlight the third talk given by a nanopore user, Amanda Warr from Mick Watson's group at the Roslin. Amanda is highly experienced with the minION platform, having had substantial experience over the last 2-3 years with both the library prep and the downstream sequence processing steps on many different sample types from animal genomes, metagenomes, viruses as well as direct sequencing from veterinary clinical samples (urine, skin swabs).
Hope to see you there!
Kind regards,
Bryan
