Issue installing ashsfast atlases

Hello,

I am trying to run ASHS on some 3T older adult data. I have installed ashs-fastashs_2.0.0_07202018.zip and have it setup without issue. However, when trying to install the fastash compatible atlases from NITRC I am having issues.

When I go to NITRC and click on ashs_atlas_upennpmc_20161128.tar (type URL) it takes me to another page and indicates the atlast should be downloading or else click here. However, regardless of what I click the atlas does not download.

Meanwhile, the old ashs compatible atlas ashs_atlas_upennpmc_mprage_20140416.tar (type other) does download without issue.

Is there something I am missing in the way of downloading the atlas or with interacting with NITRC?
