Hello ASHS team,

I’m having issues with the registration of the T1 to the T2 step within ASHS. The T1 looks shifted superiorly (picture attached). This is causing major errors in the alignment of our segmentation results.

I tried to follow the steps in the post below to create the matrices outside of ASHS and then used the -N or the -m flag. Although, I am still unsure what the exact steps are. Would it be possible to clarify how to do this?

I also tried using FLIRT to register the T1 to the T2 before ASHS. The segmentation results look good although the segmentation looks upsampled when compared to the original ASHS output. Would this be an appropriate alternative approach?

Thank you,
Catherine

hi Catherine,

Eyeballing the screenshot you sent, I don't see any major registration issues between the T1 and T2. Can you annotate the image to let me know where you see a registration problem?

Thanks,
Paul
