Hello!

just a quick an easy question: We were thinking of using the HCP protocol which uses a T1 of .8mm resolution. Would that be ok? Should I upsample?

All information I could find just talks about how an MPRAGE scan with 1mm isotropic voxels is required. The hippocampal subfields group homepage somewhat vaguely mentions that other T1 resolutions could be used for other purposes

thanks a lot.

I believe that 0.8mm T1 should work just fine with ASHS and ASHS-T1.

You can try running it via the ITK-SNAP "Distributed Segmentation Service" to test.

Thank you!
I will give it a try once I have data.
Good to know that it will probably work for the standard ASHS and the T1 version of it.

best,

Frederik
