Dear ASHS developers,
I'm doing a secondary analysis of an fMRI study with young and old subjects.
We have T1 and T2 scans at 3T, both T1 and T2 are whole-brain with 0.85mm isotropic voxel size.
I'm very satisfied with the results for older adults based on the UPenn T1 atlas.
Is there any way of applying ASHS for younger adults in this setting? E.g., is there a T1 atlas for younger adults available?
Or is there any workaround for transforming whole-brain T2 images into the resolution required by the Princeton atlas for young adults?
Best,
Lorenz
