Dear ASHS Team,

Thank you for allowing a line of communication for us to receive support.

We have recently been using ASHS for segmentation and ran into an error when trying to run ASHS using the Penn Memory Center 3T ASHS Atlas for T1-weighted MRI.
- We are running the v2.0.0(July 2018) ashs-fastashs_2.0.0_07202018.zip version of ASHS

We have had no issues running ASHS with the Penn Memory Center 3T ASHS Atlas (most recent, 20170810.tar version) but for some reason are running into errors when using this Penn Memory Center 3T ASHS Atlas for T1 weighted MRI. We are running ASHS in this case using only T1 imaging data.

The error we noticed was:
dyld: Library not loaded: libvtkDomainsChemistryOpenGL2-7.1.1.dylib

  Reason: image not found

Thank you for your help in advance.

This looks like a question for @Long! Sounds like a library was built with dynamic dependencies?

Dear Paul and Long,

Thank you so much for your quick response!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hopefully it is not an error that is too tricky to figure out.

Please let me know if I can provide any further information to help solve this problem.

Thank you again.

Sincerely,
James Park
