Unable to Download Securely

Hi ASHS group, 

I am having some trouble downloading the necessary .tar files. 

I am getting an error of 'can't be downloaded securely the ashs-fastashs_2.0.0_07202018.zip and ashs_atlas_upennpmc_20161128.tar file.

Any chance this is a nitrc issue or is this an issue?
