ASHS cloud issue

Hi Paul and team

Thanks as always for this fantastic software and support platform. I'm having trouble with the ASHS cloud service right now - my tickets are being claimed but not processed (4708 and 4710) and have been stuck that way a couple of hours. Not sure if it's normal, something on my end or something on your end. Many thanks for troubleshooting!
