Dear Rebecca I was watching the weather report in one of the channels which stated that UK is covered with snow and services at Heathrow are affected. Is it correct?

Hi Bharat - yes, it is indeed correct that we are experiencing extreme weather conditions for the UK. Many of the airports have been disrupted, as I believe Tanya experienced yesterday on her way in to Gatwick airport. Heathrow itself has not been closed but some flights have been delayed or even cancelled so it would be a good idea to check up on whether you flight has been affected. By Sunday things may have improved - hopefully!
