Merry Christmas ( too late though) and a Happy New Year for all.

 

I have moved to Berkhamsted on 22nd, then I haven't had any moderday communication, no internet access and no mobile phone.  Furher more, we had terrablle traffic condtion after the snow storm on last Thursday and I worked very hard to make the rental van, which I used for taking some furniture from IKEA, get out from stucking in icy parking lot.   

 

However, after struggling few day in cold weather, we finally settled down in our new home and I've got the communication back.

Masato, great to hear that you have finally settled in. Is it still snowing? The weather gadget on my desktop shows no snow there, but really cold winds, resulting in 6 degrees C. 

Just can't wait to get there now. It's 17 days before I get my butt there to freeze. Still waiting for people to wake up about the roomie situation. Me, on the other hand can't sit still, just as a frantic pup. :) 

Wake up guys! 

So, when is the family moving? Will they be there before we arrive? Will definitely call you once I land there. We'll probably catch up the same night or so.

your weather gadget is correct.  Ithad  snowed only on the Thursday last week but it was so called since then thus the snow remained on roads or even re-frozen to be ice under bellw zero temperature.  Last two days we are getting milder waether and snow are start melting, so it must be OK when you come here. 

 

Regarding my family, they have already moved into Berko with me.  

 

Looking forward to seeing you here soon.
