The team Varanasi Retreat is all set to welcome you in the GMCKS AY RETREAT 2015-Varanasi- The city of Moksha (Liberation).
Please note the following points while preparing for the Varanasi Retreat.
Note1: The weather will be cold [ in between 10 degree Celsius to 20 degree Celsius]. You are suggested to keep warm and comfortable clothes along with you. You can also carry your meditation shawls
Note2: The Hall Registration and Kit Distribution will start from 30th of January 2015 evening 3:00 pm to 10:00 am morning of 31st of January 2015. If you are coming on 30th of January, requested to please complete the Hall registration as a priority so as we can start the event on schedule.
Note3: The tentative schedule of the event is attached here with. The schedule may change as on requirements.
Note4: If any participant is coming with Guest, who will not join Arhatic retreat, can prevail extra food coupon in Rs 1000/- per day [includes break-fast, tea, lunch, evening tea and dinner]
All the food- Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner will be available during the event.
Note5: The Level 1 retreat may extend till the dinner on 3rd of February along with the Level 2 retreat. The level 1 retreat participants are suggested to plan the schedule accordingly.
 
Note6: Baby Sitting facility will be provided on request for children above 3 years. You can make a request through email on varanasi...@gmail.com

Note9:  Those who have not received their receipt of payment, will get it in their respective kits.
