Hello All!

We are planning a great time for Saturday, April 21 at 10:30 am at the Ashland Elks Lodge.

As you all know, next week, April 25-28, we will be hosting all the Elks Lodges in the state of Oregon for the annual OSEA Summer Convention. Grand Exalted Ruler Carr from New York and many other dignitaries will be in attendance, so we want to get the building as spiffy as possible. But we still have a lot of prep work to do before they all arrive, so on Saturday, we will be cleaning, painting, washing new dishes, a little reorganizing, plus whatever else is still on the “LIST”. Maybe even some tablecloth making.

I know a lot of you have already taken time to help, and have also signed up to volunteer during the convention. I also know that I’ll be hitting you up again to decorate for the Luau in May. But if you could find it in your hearts to come down on Saturday and spend a couple of hours, it would be greatly appreciated. The more help we have, the sooner it gets done. Just think, next Wednesday the convention starts and we’ll be having fun instead. And the Lodge will look its best.

Please wear your grubby clothes and bring your gloves and a bucket.
