SATURDAY’S Ride
SATURDAY’s ride, ABC’s 54th
ride this year. While
most of the ride is extremely flat
because most of it occurs on the Upper Charles Trail, there are
a few fairly
tough hills and one killer hill right at the very end of the
ride.
For hill haters, you can avoid the killer hill by just staying on the bike path until it ends.
We’ve been out scouting some new ways to access the trail. On Saturday, instead of exiting the lot behind the muffler shop and then riding on Eliot St / Whitney St, we’ll take some backroads and a short walk through the woods to reach the trail. It should add an interesting twist to our usual route.
Please let us know what you think. This is a brand-new route for ABC.
Note: For you gravel haters, a significant portion of this route takes place on the Upper Charles Trail in both Sherborn and Holliston. Both towns chose to use gravel for their trail surface.

interesting and useful. Please

ABC
does some really
tough hills but …
A few of you seem to really like
the
tough uphills. As
mentioned above, we
have a really tough one right near the end of Saturday’s ride. But, we ain’t got nothing
like these …

Happy
Birthday, Cheryl
Ready to give your brain a
workout? This isn’t
easy but, if you stay with it, it
really can be solved.
Albert and Bernard just became friends with Cheryl, and they want to know when her birthday is. Cheryl gives them a list of 10 possible dates.
May 15, May 16, May 19
June 17, June 18
July 14, July 16
August 14, August 15, August 17
Cheryl then tells Albert the month of her birthday and Bernard the day of her birthday separately. Then the following conversation takes place:
Albert: I don’t know when Cheryl’s birthday is, but I know that Bernard also does not know.
Bernard: At first I didn’t know when Cheryl’s birthday is, but I know now.
Albert: Then I also know when Cheryl’s birthday is.
When is Cheryl’s birthday?
To recap this SATURDAY’s ride. we will meet at the Habitat ReStore at 310 Pond St, Ashland at 10:30 a.m. Remember to park along the perimeter of the lot!
Be sure to check your email on SATURDAY after 9:00 a.m. to make sure we didn’t postpone or cancel the ride and … don’t forget those helmets!
