Active Directory/Samba folks?

A friend of mine has a mostly windows shop where he's using samba-based
stuff to handle his active directory needs.
We're looking to upgrade this, and add a 2nd domain controller for
resilience.
I'm not a windows guy.
Any recommendations for somebody who is good with this stuff who can
"make it go"?
